Carbon accounting software · Singapore

Carbon accounting where every tonne carries its proof.

VerityOS is carbon accounting software built in Singapore for SMEs: AI reads your bills, a named person approves every figure, and an append-only, hash-chained evidence vault keeps the proof behind every tonne of CO₂e — aligned to ISO 14064-1 and the GHG Protocol.

Bill in, defensible number out

How VerityOS does carbon accounting.

AI reads the bills

Upload utility bills, fuel records and activity data. AI extracts the figures — units, periods, meter numbers — so nobody retypes a bill into a spreadsheet.

A named person approves

No figure enters your books on AI's word alone. A named approver signs off every extraction, and the model, confidence score and approver are logged on the entry.

The vault keeps the proof

Approved entries join an append-only, hash-chained vault with the source document attached and the emission factor pinned. Corrections are reversal entries — nothing is silently edited.

The assurance pack defends it

When an auditor, bank or customer asks “where did this number come from?”, one click produces the trail: bill, extraction record, factor, approver, hash.

Scopes and standards

What it covers, stated plainly.

Scope 1 and Scope 2 are covered in full — fuel, refrigerants, purchased electricity — following ISO 14064-1:2018 and the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard, with emission factors versioned in the platform and pinned to every entry. Scope 3 ships as an honest starter: four categories (water, waste, business travel, employee commuting) on published DEFRA factors — enough to begin the value-chain picture without pretending to measure what you can’t yet evidence.

The output is an IFRS S2-aligned disclosure with GRI 305 and SGX ISSB crosswalks, and your data exports whenever you want it — CSV, XLSX, XML or TSV. The vault is yours; there is no lock-in by hostage-taking.

Buyer questions

Carbon accounting software, answered plainly.

What is carbon accounting software?

Carbon accounting software turns your operational records — utility bills, fuel receipts, activity data — into greenhouse-gas emissions figures (tonnes of CO₂e) using published emission factors, then organises those figures for reporting. VerityOS does this with an evidence-first design: every figure stays permanently linked to the source document and factor behind it.

Which standards does VerityOS follow?

Scope 1 and Scope 2 accounting follows ISO 14064-1:2018 and the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard. Reports are produced as IFRS S2-aligned structured disclosures, with GRI 305 and SGX ISSB crosswalks included. Scope 3 ships as a starter covering four categories using published DEFRA factors.

How is VerityOS different from other carbon accounting platforms in Singapore?

Most platforms help you calculate and publish numbers. VerityOS is built around defending them: an append-only, hash-chained evidence vault, emission factors pinned at calculation time, corrections as visible reversal entries rather than silent edits, and a one-click assurance pack that shows a verifier exactly where every figure came from.

Do I need a sustainability consultant to use it?

No. Companies run their own accounting on VerityOS Direct. If you'd rather have it done for you, the Delivered Engagement tier runs your first report end-to-end, and consultants serve their own clients on the Consultant Workbench.

Where is my data hosted?

On Singapore-region infrastructure, with row-level tenant isolation enforced at the database layer.

Start with one bill

See your own number, traced end to end.

Bring one utility bill to a 30-minute call and watch it become a defensible emissions entry — extraction, approval, vault, disclosure line. The earlier the vault starts, the more history it holds when someone asks — evidence can’t be backfilled.
