Quoted and contracted annually, in Singapore dollars — the rhythm of a reporting year. Whichever door you choose, the floor is identical: every number traceable to its bill, its factor, and the person who approved it. And the earlier the vault starts, the more history it holds when the assurer arrives — evidence can’t be backfilled.
For companies that want it done, not a tool
Fixed annual fee, scoped by entity count and data volume · 50% on signing, 50% on report freeze
Every client, one workbench, your fee
S$400/entity/mo from entity 6 onward · minimum 3 entities · billed annually
For teams doing it in-house
1 entity · 5 users · full vault, IFRS S2 builder and assurance pack
“Priced like the incumbents’ calculators. Built for the FY2029 audit their spreadsheets won’t survive — every number traceable to its bill.”
We don’t sell a hollowed-out base tier. The difference between the three doors is who does the work — us, your consultant, or your team — never the integrity of the evidence underneath it.
Government support can cover a meaningful share of your first ISSB-aligned report. Larger and SGX-listed companies claim via the Sustainability Reporting Grant — up to 30% of qualifying costs, capped at S$150,000. Eligible SMEs are served by the SME Sustainability Reporting Programme(up to 50%, through EnterpriseSG-appointed providers). Eligibility and rates are set by EnterpriseSG, which assesses every application — the claim is your company’s, lodged before any contract is signed or work begins, and we never promise an outcome.
One reporting organisation — typically one company (one UEN) — with its own workspace, evidence vault, and disclosure. A group reporting for three subsidiaries runs three entities. We price the Consultant Workbench per entity because the entity is the unit an assurer actually checks.
Annually, in Singapore dollars, by invoice or payment link. The Delivered Engagement is 50% on signing and 50% on report freeze. Prices exclude GST where applicable.
No. VerityOS Direct is built for in-house teams: your people drop the bills, approve the numbers, and export the pack, with optional guided onboarding (S$2,500 one-time) if you want your first three months of data ingested together. If you would rather have the whole report done for you, that is exactly what the Delivered Engagement is.
Yes. Every client organisation is a separate workspace, and isolation is enforced with row-level security in the database itself — not just in application code. Data is hosted in the Singapore region.
Not without being caught — and we engineered it that way on purpose. A hash chain inside a database its operator controls is only tamper-evident against everyone below the operator, so we close that gap by pushing the proof outside the system: when a report is finalized, the vault's chain-head fingerprint is printed in your report (your copy, outside our control) and timestamped by an independent RFC 3161 Time-Stamp Authority. Rewriting history after that would produce a vault that no longer matches the fingerprint you hold and a neutral third party notarised. Tamper-evidence that holds against everyone — including us.
No — and no software can. What VerityOS does is make it impossible to lie quietly: every number links to a source document, an extraction record, a pinned emission factor, and a named approver, and every correction is a visible reversal. If a client hands you a bad bill, the bad bill is on the record — and so is who approved it.
A deliberate starter, not a guess factory. VerityOS covers the four Scope 3 categories an SME can actually evidence — water, waste, business travel, and employee commuting — with published DEFRA 2025 factors, reported separately from your assurable Scope 1+2 core. You can also set reduction targets and track the decarbonisation pathway against vault actuals. What we still refuse to ship is the other eleven categories as estimates nobody can defend.
It depends on who you are. Larger and SGX-listed companies can use the Sustainability Reporting Grant (SRG) — up to 30% of qualifying costs (software, consultancy, assurance, training) for a first ISSB-aligned report, capped at S$150,000. The SRG is only for SGX-listed companies or those with annual revenue of at least S$100 million, so ordinary SMEs do not qualify for it. Eligible SMEs are served instead by the SME Sustainability Reporting Programme through EnterpriseSG-appointed providers — up to 50% co-funding (as of 1 April 2026). In every case the claim belongs to the company, is lodged with EnterpriseSG before any contract is signed or work begins, and eligibility and approval are decided solely by EnterpriseSG. We structure our quotes with clean, claimable line items — but we never promise approval.
Yes — that is the product. The assurance pack contains every emission entry, its source document, the hash chain, and the pinned emission-factor versions. The emission register also exports directly to CSV, Excel (XLSX), XML, and TSV. There is no lock-in by hostage-taking: your evidence is always yours to take.
VerityOS was created by Freemansland Creatives Pte. Ltd., a Singapore branding and marketing consultancy focused on digital transformation and science-based evidence logging. Behind it is a team of consultants and practitioners in sustainability and data protection — certified management consultants (PMC) and ACLP-certified trainers. The engine was built delivering a real sustainability-reporting engagement for a national charity in Singapore.
Bring one utility bill to a 30-minute call. We’ll run it through the pipeline live — extraction, approval, the vault entry, and the line in the disclosure it becomes. If it doesn’t convince you, you’ve spent half an hour; if it does, your evidence trail starts this month instead of next year.
